Address or connection?
Read the browser message and try another ordinary website on the same device. If both fail, begin with connectivity. If only one address fails, check its spelling and note whether a saved bookmark redirects elsewhere. A single failed page does not establish a permanent shutdown for every related name.
Empty results or missing posters?
Remove filters and search the distinctive title words. Check that movies or series is selected correctly. If text appears but artwork does not, the image request may be failing separately. You can still identify a production from its year, cast and synopsis.
Player or episode trouble?
After choosing an outside viewing service, its player handles the video. Check whether one title or all titles fail. Try a lower supported quality for buffering, the audio menu for the wrong soundtrack and subtitle settings for text problems. An account message belongs with that service's support.
Before clearing browser data
Make a backup if you want to keep local saved titles and checkpoints. A reset can remove those choices without fixing an outside service. Keep the title, episode, device and exact error wording together if you need further help.
